The company has established a rigorous quality management team, achieving full-process quality control from raw material intake, pre-furnace melting, and in-process monitoring to finished product delivery.
The foundry workshop adopts process routes such as sand casting and investment casting to meet the production requirements of pressure‑bearing castings of different materials. It is equipped with core production equipment including medium‑frequency melting furnaces, automatic molding lines and shot‑blasting cleaning equipment, realizing continuous operations from batching, melting, pouring to cleaning. Boasting an annual production capacity of over 10,000 tons for various castings, its products cover multiple application fields such as pump and valve bodies, automotive parts and construction machinery.
