Safety First, Production Assured | All-Staff Work Safety Meeting Held

In order to fulfill the primary responsibility for work safety and strengthen safety management in key foundry areas—including high-temperature operations, equipment maintenance, on-site protection, and hazardous waste control—the Company convened a special work safety meeting for all frontline employees on April 3, 2021.

With full attendance and focused participation, the meeting delivered in-depth training on the identification of typical safety hazards in casting operations, standardized operating procedures, correct use of personal protective equipment, practical emergency response measures, and pre-shift safety handover protocols.

All employees were urged to uphold the core principle of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost," eliminate any hazardous practices or procedural violations, and give priority attention to high-risk workstations such as melting and pouring, machining, and lifting and transport—embedding safety control into every process and every post.

Through constant vigilance and disciplined execution, the Company is committed to achieving the goal of zero safety incidents and laying a solid safety foundation that supports the Company's steady and high-quality development.
